Albanian term or phrase: shprehi
I have "shprehi të foluri" and "shprehi të shkruari" in a pasqyre notash from the university of Tirana, fakulteti i gjuhëve të huaj. I imagine that "shprehi" should be "shprehje" (and I expected a "t" at the end of both).

What's your opinion? How would you translate them?

But I think it probably refers more to 'written/oral expression' since it pertains to the ability to write or speak rather than the skill to do so.
