Any item that is scored as “Does not apply” should be considered missing in the scoring, and not included in the denominator as a question responded to. The score for the scale or subscale is the mean value of the item scores (Total item score / number of questions responded to)
If more than two items are missing, do not ***score*** the scale.

Vorrei essere sicura che "score" in questo caso significhi "assegnare un punteggio". Non so... ma mi sembra strano.
