As I've explained in Slovak pair, an orange truffle is made of chocolate infused with orange essence or liquer and this should be stated in the translation. Orange filling is not the same as orange flavored truffle.

doslovně je to s lanýžem s příchutí pomeranče, ale na obalu bude napsáno Mléčná čokoláda s pomerančovou náplní.

Lanýž je skutečně houba, ale též sladká hmota, kterou se plní čokoládové bombóny - viz www.lindt.com. Lanýž je typ náplně (z vlastní zkušenosti bych řekla, že spíš tužší velmi sladká náplň).
Patrně jsou možné dva překlady: pralinky s pomerančovou příchutí v mléčné čokoládě (pokud se jedná o jednotlivé bombóny), nebo mléčná čokoláda s pomerančovou náplní (pokud jde o tabulku) Měli by vám dát vzorek na ochutnání! Dříve se běžně na vánoce kupovaly lanýže (cukrovinky, obvykle v čokoládě, které se věšely na stromeček).

Pralinka je bombón s náplní. Čokoláda s pralinkami je nesmysl. Zadejte si do Googlu rumové pralinky, marcipánové pralinky, čajové pralinky, skořicové pralinky.

Radovan has explained it clearly in English Slovak pair. The possibility with the asterisks is not good here. The purpose of it all is to sell the product. So it must be clear and Czech. Truffle is not good, either; most people have no idea what it is.
