you can kis my ass

Explanation:
"du kannst mich kreuzweise" is short for "du kannst mich kreuzweise am Arsch lecken". so the answer simply is "(you can) kiss my ass". if this is too American for our liking, go for "fuck off" though this, of course, does not convey the ass-licking at all.

I am a native German so I know.

neutral  Ian M-H (X): The question isn't what "dkmk" is short for, but how to render it in English. Your answer's explicit obscenity puts it in a different register, IMO.

agree  Michael Schubert: "Du kannst mich kreuzweise" is a rude response with nothing subtle about it, so I think "kiss my ass" is exactly how it should be translated!

[you can] swivel on it!

Explanation:
Apart from also being a way of telling someone to go away rudely
it reflects the original idea of twisting!

Just to explain - imagine someone sticking their finger up and saying "Swivel on it!" (with what bodily part, I don't think I need specify....)

du kannst mich kreuzweise
bite me

Explanation:
I think this would match the register. "Kiss my ass" would also work, though it's a tad more explicit.

The meaning has already been explained by abcomms. So no, she doesn't want a backrub ... then again, maybe deep down she does? Women are so complex ...
