German term or phrase: Bin mir nicht sicher
There is no context -- well, in particular.
This is among whole bunch of country names and other names of places. I posted this in English - Japanese combination. It sure sounds like German, but it is not a sentence. It is a name of a country -- If I understand correctly.

Japanese translation:私は確信がもてません。

文脈にもよりますが、リストの作成者がこの国は本当に存在するのか、綴りが正しいかなどについて、「ちょっと自信がない」あるいは「確信がもてない」と言っているのだと思います。主語であるichが省略されています。¥"Ich bin mir nicht sicher.¥"

Thank you for your answer. What your answer suggest is exactly what it was. I was very confused because it was in the midst of bunch of country names. Copa mia!
