German term or phrase: unter Ausschluss jeglicher Anwendung
This is the last sentence in a purchase contract. Some previous KudoZ questions have given clues to the translation of it, but I could still do with confirmation of or alternatives for my translation of the bit between *s below:

"Für diesen Vertrag gilt deutsches Recht (insbesondere hinsichtlich Vertragsanwendung, Vertragsdurchführung, Vertragsauslegung sowie gerichtlicher Geltendmachung), *jedoch unter Ausschluss jeglicher Anwendung von* UN-Kaufrecht."

Here's my version so far. As mentioned, please confirm or suggest alternatives for the bit betweent the asterisks:

"This contract will be subject to the laws of Germany (particularly in respect of the application, execution and interpretation of the contract and its enforcement in the courts) *without, however, giving effect to any of the principles of* the UN Convention on International Sale of Goods."

Explanation:
I would just say "the UN blah blah" is excluded. Seen and used it myself many times in industrial contracts

or \"the UN blah blah\" shall not apply

I think your solution is the most natural of the ones given. Alternatively, I've also seen other formulations "but specifically excluding the provisions of", "without reference to" or "The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly disclaimed." etc etc.
