secured paper from Imprimerie Nationale/Imprimerie Nationale secured paper

Explanation:
I suppose that kbis means: Knowledge-Based Ultrasonic Inspection System in this case and
"imprimerie nationale sécurité" would mean this :

Papeterie administrative - feuilles, etiquettes, enveloppes ... - [ Papeterie administrative : A4 sécurisé Imprimerie nationale Sécurité. La feuille comprend un fond de sécurité comportant des guilloches en encres gommables ...
www.catalogue.imprimerienationale.com/ formulaires/papeterie_administrative.html

Imprimerie Nationale is the name of the firm, as well as the brand name of the paper, the security aspects, means that this paper is secured, i.e. once written on it, it cannot be written again, or cannot be used for photocopies - for example, when you try to photocopy certain type of paper, the material does not photocopy. that seems to be the case here - either expression would work

Explanation:
I could have removed my old answer but it could be useful to somebody else in a different context, so I am leaving it in case it can help a colleague.

I now believe, based on a comment received by Helgard Ullrich-Doerflinger, that the right answer is as given in this kudoz:

http://www.proz.com/kudoz/french_to_english/law_patents/1753...

An "extrait Kbis" is the French certificate of registration
for a legal entity, issued by a "tribunal de
commerce". There is also an "extrait K" which is
certificate for individual enterprises or a one-man
business.

Maybe, this time, it will close the question.
