退職者向け住宅 Explanation: 高齢者向けというのもよいと思いますが、seniorというと senior citizens のことで、その多くはすでに退職して年金などで暮らしていると思います。私の住むアリゾナはそういうコミュニティーが多く、その住人の大部分は退職者、一定年齢以上でないと住む資格がありません。これはそういう住宅（living properties）のことをさしています。 その意味でこの表現ならより具体的のように思われますが、いかがでしょうか？	humbird Native speaker of: Japanese, English PRO pts in category: 12
Peer comments on this answer (and responses from the answerer) disagree  Kyoko Kakeshita: Senior citizensなら、退職　（Ｒｅｔｉｒｅ）していなくても関係なく利用出来ます。 1 hr   -> もちろんいったん退職しても(退屈だからかも）働いているひとも大勢います。日本とアメリカでは退職年齢が違うのであなたの意見もごもっとも。でもアメリカの話なのであればsenior living propertiesはそういうことになります。どこの国の話であるかによりけりですね。
