"single" or "a single" sounds a bit odd. Also, any ideas on "gestellten" here?

Im Rahmen einer groß angelegten Konferenz in China mit den Verantwortlichen des chinesischen Umweltministeriums wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass XYZ als *einziges* Produkt, die gestellten Forderungen an ein Mittel zur Beseitigung von Verunreinigungen im Meer erfüllt.

Explanation:
I was recently asked by a German-speaking client to translate "einziger Anbieter" as "one-stop supplier". I had translated it as "the only supplier" but, as in this case, there was no definite article and so the new version differed in meaning from the previous version. I'm not sure if it's applicable here, though. FWIW, the phrase "one-stop product for" turns up a few hits on Google.
