- die Summe der Gemeinkosten wird jeder Vorkostenstelle ohne Berücksichtigung wechselseitiger Leistungsverflechtungen auf die nachfolgenden Kostenstellen umgelegt
- die Umlage erfolgt meist indirekt mit Hilfe von Umlageschlüsseln
