Monsieur Explanation: c'est vrai qu'il n'y a pas de stricte équivalence à Excmo Cependant, dans le langage administratif, on n'emploie normalement pas de formule de politesse dans le courrier administratif (on dira Monsieur et non cher Monsieur). Dans le langage diplomatique, on a quand même son Excellence, Monsieur l'ambassadeur Trucmuche. |
