do i have to add in width or lenght for this '4 x5 cm'? how to put this measurement?

context:
As for the side dishes, we got a piece of tempe (fermented soya-bean cake) or a piece of tofu, which was approximately 4 x 5 cm per person.

Explanation:
I might be wrong, but when dimentions are issued, usulally are in sequences L-W-H. I don't see tofu 4x5 as receipt, but I do understand the size as L x W.
