agree  Peter Linton (X): Fully agree with your 'perhaps' alternatives. I find "accommodating, obliging", whilst entirely accurate,carry a tiny nuance of reluctance that is absent from helpful, friendly or cooperative. I think I would go for your "friendly" in this context.
