op basis van een bottom-up benadering Explanation: Ik ben dit een tijdje geleden ook tijdens een vertaling tegengekomen, maar weet niet zeker of hier hetzelfde wordt bedoeld. Een bottum-up benadering is een benaderingswijze die uitgaat van de klant. In het woordenboek staat wel bottom-up planning, wat zoveel betekent als "eerst praktische details, dan algemene zaken". van onderaf gestuurd Explanation: In management practice: top-down is van boven af. Bottom-up vanaf 'the workfloor'. Wordt gebruikt in communicatietechniek binnen de organisatie. Het ideaal is natuurlijk de gezonde balans. Management heeft geen schijn van kans zonder voeling met de werkvloer. Aan de andere kant kunnen bepaalde beslissingen bijna uitsluitend top-down genomen worden (bijv. inkrimping). |
