1.1. Con la sottoscrizione del presente contratto, la Società affida al *Promotore*, che accetta, l’incarico di promuovere la notorietà e l’immagine del Marchio e dei Prodotti nel Territorio secondo le istruzioni che la Società vorrà di volta in volta comunicare. In particolare, il Promotore dovrà svolgere nel Territorio (i) un’attività di marketing dei Prodotti e di promozione e tutela del Marchio secondo quanto previsto nell’art.1.2.; (ii) un’attività di controllo e di verifica della rete vendita sul Territorio come descritto nell’Art.1.3. seguente.

1.2. Il Promotore si impegna a svolgere nel Territorio l’attività promozionale necessaria per lo sviluppo del Marchio e dei Prodotti, al fine di incrementare le vendite dei Prodotti nel Territorio. In particolare il Promotore si impegna a fungere da consulente e collaborare con la Società :
- nell’effettuazione di ricerche di mercato;
- nell’organizzazione e gestione operativa della partecipazione della Società a Fiere nel Territorio;
- nell’ideazione e realizzazione di azioni generali di marketing del Prodotto e di promozione del Marchio ;
- nell’ideazione e realizzazione di azioni di marketing del Prodotto e di promozione del Marchio presso clienti specifici.

Qual è il termine giusto per rendere *promotore* in questo caso? Escluderei Handelsvertreter e Berater. Suggerimenti?

Das hier ist z.B. ein Marketing Manager. Es ist m.E. fast unmöglich ein deutsches Wort dafür zu finden, zumal für diese \"modernen Berufe\" ausschließliche englische Bezeichnungen benutzt werden.

si parla nel testo molto di promuovere il prodotto, quindi ci sarebbe anche il PRODUKTMANAGER, sempre che anche questo non è \"troppo\".

Alla fine nel testo ho optato per Promotor, evidenziando al cliente le mie perlpessità (nel mio caso la resa del termine non era determinante).Ringrazio tutti per l'aiuto ma, dovendo assegnare i punti a un solo collega, ho scelto Ulrike, poiché mi pare che la sua soluzione sia quella che meglio descrive le funzioni in questione.

Explanation:
Sono contraria alla risposta datati da Befanetta, visto che in Germania il/la Promoter generalmente si occipau esclusivamente della promozione dei prodotti (il/la Promoter si trova p.e. in supermercati a fare degustazioni, in profumerie, incaricata/o a spruzzare profumi nuovi per promuoverli). Vedi questo esempio che lo conferma, ma visto che io stessa mi sono guadagnata gli studi facendo promozioni, sono piuttosto sicura che la parola "Promoter" in Germania ha questo significato. Non include attivita' di marketing, ricerca di mercato, tutela del marchio ecc.

Queste sono proprio le classiche attivita' svolte da un "Handelsvertreter", che a te non piace, e sinceramente non ho capito il perche'.
