C'est même devenu encore plus compliqué ! Explanation: ... avec le PACS ! Il y en a 3 désormais ... du moins en France. Donc il n'y a pas à ma connaissance autre que le "partenaire", mais donc légal, qui n'est autre que le "bénéficiaire" désigné. C'est comme cela dans ma police d'assurance. Assureur militant ( ???). |
