Finished but 5 years of school Explanation: Yes, it's quite possible if we speak of an elderly person or a person included 3 or 4 years of study depending of the historic period (my parents finished primary school after completing 4 years, myself - after 3 years, the subsequent school years were considered as secondary school, "srednyaya shkola" in Russian). -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 16 mins (2004-11-21 10:23:38 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Oops!
