Swedish term or phrase: förfrågningsunderlag
I know what it is, a förfrågningsunderlag is the documents that are presented as the basis for a tender, the technical details and contract terms that a potential bidder is informed of.
But does anyone have short "offical" name for this, one that is perhaps used in the EU?

förfrågningsunderlag
contract notice

Explanation:
That is the official term given in a dictionary "Sv-En EUs ord och uttryck."
But I must admit I do not find it that convincing, though it is hard to find a single term that covers exactly what is involved. After all, an ITT (Invitation to Tenmder) would include such information. I think I would prefer to call it "supporting documentation" for an ITT.
Howver, plenty of Google refs to "contract notice" in EU contexts. Your call.
