Explanation:
If いかん is 行かん then I'm not going is OK.
However if it is いかん and not 行かん, it means "not good at xxxx", "not fit for xxxx", like in case of どうもいかん which means "not going well".
Wonder which いかん you are referring to.
Oftentimes this kind of things throws me off, so please be specific and use right Kanji.
