disagree  Richard Benham: Sorry, but, even though I like to see the occasional literal translation, this doesn't make a lot of sense to native Anglophone ears. Your sources look suspiciously like translations.

disagree  Michele Fauble: "Sleep on both ears" is not an English expression, and the references were written by non-native English speakers.

Explanation:
I think that because of links to Christmas (Yuletide log) this is the phrase to use.

A peaceful Christmas ... for once

Explanation:
How about ignoring the sleeping bit completely and focusing on the lack of worries - something along the lines of "A peaceful Christmas ... for once" or "How to ensure a very peaceful Christmas", etc.

This would fit very well with the photo, which is more important that fitting with the original French slogan which the punters will probably never see.

For the record, "Sleeping on both ears" sound very strange to me - it conjures up images of Disney's Pluto ...

he can put his trust in [N.] with his eyes closed

Explanation:
This is a contribution to a reply, but I think we need to work towards the fittest expression.
"He can safely ..." is another idea.
I hope this will mature, to use a term I oughtn't to have earlier!
