Hello, everyone,

I am getting burnt out and want to ask you for some help on interpreting the use of "diferente" in the following context. Are they really saying that the injection ducts should be connected at an angle DIFFERENT from 90°?

Context:

Os canais de injeção conectam-se ao tambor de coqueamento em um angulo (a) diferente de 90° em relação ao seu eixo vertical e com um distanciamento angular (p) igual entre os sucessivos canais de injeção.
