The licencer owns 権利及び知的財産権 (all pertinent ownership and usage rights, and intellectual properties), therefore the client (licencee) must observe those when he was allowed to get access to them (and thereafter). Otherwise (without this specific agreement) the contract would not materialize. In other words the would be licencee (the client) would not be benefited from those 権利及び知的財産権. |
