これを求めること 本契約の条件の履行 Explanation: If you modify your translation "To only request to the Licenser for the implementation of the terms of This Agreement" to include something like "not discuss or reveal the matter with third party," etc., to connote that emphasis here is "exclusivity" between the licencer and licensee, then it should make a perfect sense. The way I see is that "のみ" in "のみにこれを求めること" offers you important clue. You need to work on your translation in usage of "only". My suggestion would be "exclusively" (among others). |
