Így hangzik a mondat:

Equity: the application of the principles of natural justice in particular circumstances where the existing laws would not allow a fair or raesonable result.

Ebben a szövegkörnyezetben inkább a jogosság, a méltányosság kimenetele, eredménye lenne a leginkább megfelelő.

De persze lehetséges hogy az EGYENLŐSÉGRŐL, mint esélyegyenlőségről van szó.Bővebb hozzáférés a kontextushoz nem ártana...

Mivel ez egy fejezet tartalmának leírása, nincs hozzá több anyag, így elég talányos a mögöttes tartalom. Azt hiszem, maradok a szintén talányos "méltányosság eredménye" fordításnál. Nagyon köszönöm a fejtegetést,amivel segítettél.
