Under the 'Résiliation' clause of a contract:

En cas de non-respect par l’autre partie d’une des clauses du contrat, le présent contrat peut être résilié par l’une ou l’autre des parties moyennant l’observation d’un préavis de 3 (trois) mois avant l’échéance signifiée par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception.
