Existe-t-il en France des cabinets spécialisés (distincts de l'expert mandaté par la compagnie d'assurance ou de l'assureur lui-même) auxquels une victime d'un accident de la route peut s'adresser pour toute démarche, remboursement, etc. (leur rétribution est généralement proportionnelle au dédommagement obtenu).
