level of entry as an employee in a company

Explanation:
does not necessarily mean that the person has no experience; rather, this is the lowest level of a particular company

there are many companies who will not hire anyone without work experience; they still have many entry-level positions

See explanation

Explanation:
It is the lowest level of competency classified as such, and set aside for a novice employee, by the employee (medical lab in this case). Therefore the level is subjective and can be in higher level of competency in other employments (hospital, company, government, whatever).

Woops, typo ---- correction needed is: by the \"employer\" (medical lab in this case) ---- not \"employee\"

If you are looking for one word, I would say \"STARTER-LEVEL\" or just \"STARTER\".
