brilliant.....i'll just be gobsmacked.....i've used this term hundreds of times, and would you believe i didn't even think of it at the time?...i think the source text is mexican spanish and i just automatically assumed the "al" was also an abbreviation as i've usually seen it as ac/c.....thanks a bundle!....:-))
