業務部や購買部からのインプットやアクション Explanation: Sourcing とは最近現れ始めた英語ですが、要するに人員や資材など仕事に必要なものを確保することです。もっと頻繁に使われる関係語がoutsourcingで、これは「外注に出す」ことですから、考えを掴みやすいでしょう。 あとのprocurement groupも軍隊などで武器弾薬、資材、食料その他を現地調達すること(procurement)から来て、ふつうのビジネスでも同様に、仕事のうえで必要なもの（部品など）を入手、確保することを言います。こちらは人員、タレントという労働力というよりも、物資であることが多いのです。 ここでは文脈からいって、会社のなかの部門と考えられますから、上のように訳してみました。 |
