I disagree with Sven. I think "finanzieller Berater" or "Vermittler" is better, because the range of what is done can vary. Sometimes it is no more than an introduction, and sometimes it includes search, contracts etc. "Einführer" sounds more like someone introducing you in society or a club.

Explanation:
"Vermittler" as well as another possible term, i.e. "Makler", might be the right term but seems to demand an additonal explanation in German as in "Finanz-Vermittler" or "Finanz-Makler". As a term standing alone in itself I would suggest
"Vermittlungsagent".
