overall achievement

Explanation:
Aproveitamento appears in many contexts. I encountered this specific situation with one client, a friend, who ranked third in her law school class, although her grades didn't seem quite that high to me, there are other components involved - it's a composite indicating the student's overall performance. In other schools it may be "index of achievement" calculated by multiplying letter grades by some number of points.

In any case I think the word "achievement" or "performance" is key.
