getting a recommendation Explanation: The way I understand it is, if the outcome of the "official" consultants' report is a recommendation, that will encourage the industry/market to jump on the bandwagon. I'm sure you can find a suitable formulation, but that's the general concept as I see it. Hope this helps! |

Sorry, but I did not leave out the concept of winning the consultants over; I circumscribed it -- IMHO, depending on the context and/or audience, it might not be advisable to emphasize the fact that one is planning on "winning over" or otherwise attempting to persuade or convince the consultants to deliver a desired outcome in one's favor. (Probably more analysis on my part than was necessary!) My formulation was a bit more neutral in that respect, but I agree a literal translation would not be. That decision would be up to you!
