達成目標


Explanation:
定訳かどうかは知りません。ただし目標あるいは目的であることは確かですから、「達成目的」でもかまわないでしょうが語感から私にはこちらの方がよいと思われます。
さらに、英語でobjectiveといえば「客観的」という意味もあります。主観(subjective)の反対で、憶測とか感情を排し科学的に証明できるもののことです。この場合は会社の約款ですから、この意味でも客観性は欠くことのできないものです。だから、漠然と目的とか目標というより、客観的に達成すべき目標という含みを持つ訳がよいでしょう。
