Following sentence was translated from Hungarian into English and now I am translating it into Czech. Can anybody understand it? Or is there a mistake?
The Parties herein agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the Capital Court of Hungary, located in ....

Selected answer:A Try
Explanation:
The formulation of "the personal jurisdiction and venue" must be a literal translation. I am not sure of the correct expression for this, but it must mean "the jurisdiction and venue of where they are."

agree  Zenny Sadlon: The "personal" is the only thing which does not make sense.

agree  DGK T-I: the case/dispute will be decided by the Capital Court of Hungary,at the place that court fixes for the case/dispute to be heard - personal: I presume intended to mean that only that court will settle the dispute/case,and it won't be passed elsewhere ~

vlastní jurisdikci v místì zasedání

Explanation:
I think that they want to express that the case (trial) falls to the jurisdikction of the Capital Court of Hungary and will be held in the seat of it. Besides, I see some problems with translation of the Capital Court of Hungary which I am not so sure about because it might be rendering of the transalator of "nejvyšší soud" or if it is located in Budapest "mìstský soud".

personal jurisdiction

Explanation:
If the case has to do with internet activities, it seems that personal jurisdiction is the correct term. The user of a service or advertiser of a product apparently becomes subject to a jurisdiction based not on where he lives, but where the company is located. See
