FUNCIONES DE LOS RESPONSABLES
Serán funciones de los responsables de las Cajas Menores las siguientes:
 Recibir y responder por el buen manejo y utilización de los fondos entregados.
 Llevar un control diario y cronológico de las operaciones de Caja Menor, en el libro de Caja Menor, con los documentos que respaldan los movimientos.
 Gestionar los reembolsos y mantener la **liquidez del fondo** para atender oportunamente los bienes y servicios descriptos en el Acta.

Literalmente sería "liquidity of funds" tal y como se mira en los *2* sitios que se muestran en el vínculo a continuación; no obstante, creo que también se podría traducir como "availability of funds", pero no estoy seguro si procede.

Asker: Thanks Francois, but I am not sure if the term "liquidity" applies in this context. Actually, IMHO, what the author means is "have enough money/funds" in the petty cash fund.
