The trustee is not bound to the creditors of the debtor in any continuing obligations or contracts which continue after insolvency has commenced.
It is however possible for the trustee to adopt a contract.
In doing so, the trustee will either bind the creditors directly or will be personally **bound with relief against the creditors.
