O contexto é o Artigo 414.º-A do Código das Sociedades Comerciais (Portuguesa)

"Incompatibilidades

1 - Não podem ser eleitos ou designados membros do conselho fiscal, fiscal único ou revisor oficial de contas:
a) Os beneficiários de vantagens particulares da própria sociedade;
b) Os que exercem funções de administração na própria sociedade;
c) Os membros dos órgãos de administração de sociedade que se encontrem em relação de domínio ou de grupo com a sociedade fiscalizada;
d) O sócio de sociedade em nome colectivo que se encontre em relação de domínio com a sociedade fiscalizada;
e) Os que, de modo directo ou indirecto, prestem serviços ou estabeleçam relação comercial significativa com a sociedade fiscalizada ou sociedade que com esta se encontre em relação de domínio ou de grupo;
f) Os que exerçam funções em empresa concorrente e que actuem em representação ou por conta desta ou que por qualquer outra forma estejam vinculados a interesses da empresa concorrente;
g) Os cônjuges, parentes e afins na linha recta e até ao 3.º grau, inclusive, na linha colateral, de pessoas impedidas por força do disposto nas alíneas a), b), c), d) e f), bem como os cônjuges das pessoas abrangidas pelo disposto na alínea e);
h) Os que exerçam funções de administração ou de fiscalização em cinco sociedades, exceptuando as sociedades de advogados, as sociedades de revisores oficiais de contas e os revisores oficiais de contas, aplicando-se a estes o regime do artigo 76.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 487/99, de 16 de Novembro;
i) Os revisores oficiais de contas em relação aos quais se verifiquem outras incompatibilidades previstas na respectiva legislação;
j) Os maiores acompanhados dependentes de representação ou de autorização prévia para a prática de atos patrimoniais, os insolventes e os condenados a pena que implique a inibição, ainda que temporária, do exercício de funções públicas."

Quero evitar "incompatibility(ies)" já que, como termo jurídico em inglês é próprio do direito de divórcio.

This term is used to show that two or more things ought not to exist at the same time in the same person; for example, a man cannot at the same time be landlord and tenant of the same land; heir and devise of the same thing; trustee and cestui que trust of the same property.
2. There are offices which are incompatible with each other by constitutional provision; the vice-president of tho United States cannot act as such when filling the office of president; Const. art. 1, s. 3, n. 5; and by the same instrument, art. 1, s. 6, n. 2, it is directed that "no senator or representative shall, during the time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil office under the authority of the United States, which shall have been created or the emoluments whereof shall have been increased, during such time; and no person holding any office under the United States, shall be a member of either house, during his continuance in office."
3. Provisions rendering offices incompatible are to be found in most of the, constitutions of the states, and in some of their laws. In Pennsylvania, the acts of the 12th of February, 1802, 3 Smith's Laws of Pa. 485; and 6th of March, 1812, 5 Sm. L. Pa. 309, contain various provisions, making certain offices incompatible, with each other. At common law, offices subordinate and interfering with each other have been considered incompatible; for example, a man cannot be at once a judge and prothonotary or clerk of the same court. 4 Inst. 100.
