My legal name is actually Darius, without the "z". ;-). Barbara Dent is the Defendant, while Rob Lowen is her attorney. I know...confusing wording. Dziękuję za czas i pomoc.

Rozumiem, że jedna ze stron złożyła "complaint" czyli pozew/powództwo o rozwiązanie małżeństwa przez rozwód. Natomiast druga strona złożyła "counterclaim". Czego ono dotyczy?

No i mamy p. Panią Barbarę Dent, która występuje jako pełnomocnik (pozwanej/pozwanego?) zarówno w complaint jak i w counterclaim?
