I have three different documents where a prosecutor asks a court to issue "letërreshtim ndërkombëtar", "letërreshtim" and "letërreshtim vendor (territorial)".

Does somebody know what's the difference between the second and the third?

Could it be that no. 2 is valid only for the district of the court where it is issued?

A bit confusing that no. 1 and 2 are issued the same day and the third three days later.

Asker: Thanks for your input, Sakshi. However, I had already found the same document. I doesn't have any information on the difference between "letërreshtim" and "letërreshtim vendor (territorial)". There should be some difference, since they were issued with separate decisions.
