Para las inversiones contabilizadas aplicando el método de la participación, y adquiridas a partir del 31 de marzo de 2004, la entidad aplicará esta NIIF a la contabilización de: (a) El fondo de comercio adquirido que esté incluido en el importe en libros de dicha inversión. Por tanto, la amortización de ese fondo de comercio teórico no se incluirá en la determinación de la participación de la entidad en el resultado de la entidad en la que se ha invertido.
