agree  Olga Fedorenko: Можно также сказать "в качестве займа" (вместо "в долг").

  -> долг - для просторечного объяснения, заем - правильно, конечно. Осознал что финансирование - от finanziamento socio, что и есть заем участника

  -> просто и искажает смысл. 1) presso i propri soci. По-простому объясняю: общество берет у своих же участников либо в долг (в виде займа), либо в виде взносов в УК
