Мне кажется, что к подпункту а) относится ни сам Сервис и Собственность компании 4me, а информация о них, которая раскрывается и распространяется и т.д., а в подпунктах b) и c) говорится уже именно о Сервисе и Собственности. Но, если использовать такое разделение, то предложение получается слишком длинным. Как написать короче?
