Production manager / Production coordinator
Explanation:
Extract from an exhaustive list of job titles that appear in film credits below.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Film_crew

Production manager
The production manager supervises the physical aspects of the production (not the creative aspects) including personnel, technology, budget, and scheduling. It is the production manager's responsibility to make sure the filming stays on schedule and within its budget. The PM also helps manage the day-to-day budget by managing operating costs such as salaries, production costs, and everyday equipment rental costs. The PM often works under the supervision of a line producer and directly supervises the production coordinator.
Assistant production manager
The assistant production manager is the assistant to the production manager (PM) and carries out various jobs for the PM. Normally only big budget Hollywood feature films have an assistant PM.
Unit manager
The unit manager fulfils the same role as the production manager but for secondary "unit" shooting. In some functional structures, the unit manager subsumes the role of the transport coordinator.
Production coordinator
The production coordinator is the information nexus of the production, responsible for organizing all the logistics from hiring crew, renting equipment, and booking talent. The PC is an integral part of film production.

First assistant director
The first assistant director (1st AD) assists the production manager and director. The ultimate aim of any 1st AD is to ensure the film comes in on schedule while maintaining a safe working environment in which the director, principal artists (actors) and crew can be focused on their work. They oversee day-to-day management of the cast and crew scheduling, equipment, script, and set. A 1st AD may also be responsible for directing background action for major shots or the entirety of relatively minor shots, at the director's discretion.
Second assistant director
The second assistant director (2nd AD) is the chief assistant of the 1st AD and helps carry out those tasks delegated to the 1st AD. The 2nd AD may also direct background action and extras in addition to helping the 1st AD with scheduling, booking, etc. The 2nd AD is responsible for creating call sheets that let the crew know the schedule and important details about the shooting day.
Other assistant directors
Sometimes other assistant directors are needed such as in Canadian and British functional structures the 3rd assistant director (3rd AD) and even trainee assistant directors (trainee AD). In the American system there are 2nd 2nd assistant director (2nd 2nd AD). Normally in the American system 2nd 2nd ADs control big crowd extras and make sure if shooting on location none of the public get into shots.

'Assistant director' would also work, but the final choice is the asker's. In any case, I would expect to see a job title rather than job description/content matched with an individual's name on the credits.

During production, production coordinators are responsible for preparing, updating and distributing crew lists, daily progress reports and script changes. They also deal with call sheets and transport requirements.

-> Thanks. It is definitely going to be one of the job titles from the list. It would be helpful to know which if any of them have already been used by the asker (i.e. surrounding context).

agree  beermatt: could be... /// Yeah, but even when limited to the German film industry, "Disponent" may mean lots of different things which would be represented by lots of different job titles in the English-speaking film industry all over the world... PM rather than AD

-> Thanks. Asker's criterion: "in the end credits... followed by a name"

agree  Lonnie Legg: w. writeaway ("...day-to-day management of the cast and crew scheduling, equipment, script, and set").

neutral  philgoddard: I don't think your references prove anything, because none of them are German.

-> Thank you for sharing your misgivings. Have you ever seen Scheduling on the credits at the end of a movie/film?

agree  Ramey Rieger (X): I'm disposed to agree with this

In a roundabout kind of way:

"Die Tagesdisposition – auch nur Disposition oder nur kurz Dispo (engl. (daily) call sheet) – beschreibt bei Film-, Fernseh- und Werbeproduktionen eine für jeden Drehtag erstellte Übersicht..."
https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tagesdisposition

"The production schedule is listed by call time, the time when people are expected to start work on a film set."

"...the schedule for the day, which scenes and script pages are being shot, and the address of the shoot location..."

Also:
"The daily call sheet is a filmmaking term for the schedule crafted by the assistant director, using the director's shot list."

Even in the post-production context, the term seems to remain as 'scheduling':

Even the dictionary has this to say:

As you can see by now, the 'friendly' agrees being issued for the guesswork answers (three so far by the same answerer) are not intended to address your question.
And lastly, only the English version of this entry still survives online:

agree  philgoddard: Or planning, or logistics. It's about making sure that the right people and equipment are in place at the right time. But your first reference, which says "booking", is from a very different context.

Usually, there is a distinct difference between a German Abspann or Nachspann and English end or closing credits. I think you need to look at some examples, aykon, to see what works and what doesn’t.

If it’s still not clear, the following DE-EN link should help, although I may not agree with every item on the list:
https://niewiedershakespeare.de/kurzfilm-abspann/

If at all, Germans are now using the EN format, not the other way around.

You can take a look at another list of credits if you type in SHSD film credit definitions in Google. I can't post it because clicking on the link will download the PDF onto your PC.

As for Dispo, the VDR/SD says "call sheet": https://www.vdr-sd.de/informationen/fachwörterbuch.html

Not that this makes much sense here.
