agree  Chris Foster: land , buildings and developers. I would not use "real property" because it comprises land and buildings. Adrian MM I believe is on the right lines with "building-only freehold investment " but in this context I think it is overcomplicating things.

agree  Steffen Walter: "Land, property and development" looks like a viable option, especially if used in exactly this collocation. On its own, the concept of "property" appears to be less clear-cut, though. (I'd also thought of using "development" rather than "developers".)

  -> Not only would the absence of the qualifier cause most readers to pause unnecessarily, but it would be fatally misleading. If I were the editor of the person who wrote just "real estate" I would charge him/her with a major mistake in translation.
