English term or phrase: Forward bite
Olá, pessoal!

Estou legendando um vídeo e encontrei o termo "forward bite", mas não acho nenhum termo relativo em PT-Br. No caso, eles estão falando sobre os pneus do veículo e a frase é
"The PRO 2 is two-wheel drive so the front tires, you don't want to put a lot of forward bite in them."

Alguém poderia me ajudar?

Forward bite is what dirt track racers use to describe available traction to propel the chassis forward. It makes sense, but in vehicle dynamics the term is longitudinal traction.

Lembrando que, neste caso, a tração parte dos pneus traseiros:

Forward bite, the traction the rear tires have when the car is accelerating off the corner, is as important as any other dynamic aspect of the race car on the track.

Forward bite is the traction that the car will feel on throttle in the direction that the rear tires are facing, and is felt by the driver in the back and butt while accelerating. ... Too much forward bite will lead to the car driving towards the inside of a turn when on throttle
