I agree with the equivalents 'of these presents' but cf. denúncia > notice to terminate; resolução > undoing of a contract various ways and distrato > contract novation.

Also, though, many UK translation agencies object to the term of 'stipulations', it is perfectly valid in EN contract law to denote innominate terms and is commonly found in Roman civil law, such as in estipulações em favor de terceiros -
