(a)If at any time the trusts declared by this clause 6 in respect of any part of parts of my
Residuary Estate shall fail or determine otherwise than by absolute vesting, then from
the date of such failure or determination such part or parts (and any part or parts
which may accrue thereto by virtue of this provision) shall accrue to the other part or
parts (and if more than one in the proportion such parts bear to each other) the trusts
of which shall not at that date have failed or determined otherwise than by absolute
vesting and shall be held upon the trusts and with and subject to the powers and
provisions from time to time applicable to such other part or parts.
