okay thanks, i'm raealy not inteligent and i copy what i hear, don't have a very good hear, that's for sure, english ain't my native language and the human in the video doesn't articulate much, but now i get it, when Bible says something like He will make the ignorant,s or thsoe who do'nt have knowledge be God's watchmen, servants, that's why! i found so many servants of God of whom i translate the videos who express themselves not very well, though some of them have gone to university, cause God don't chooze those who have loads of diplomas, or knowledge to be his, many say to Jesus they don't know what to say in the vid or don't talk very well, now i get why i couldn't understand what they say in the vids !

Whatever it means, it does NOT mean 'pieces of skin'!
As Ormiston syas, they had shiny things on their skin, like 'paillettes' or perhaps even 'strass'
'Bedazzled' basically means the same as 'dazzled', it's just a more poetic / literary / archaic form.
However, here, the writer seems ti have invented 'bedazzle' as a noun, meaning something shiny.
