Explanation:
Dado el tema del que hablamos, deberíamos referirnos a excepciones, e imagino que posteriormente en el texto explican sobre esas excepciones, quizá enumeradas. Al menos en el caso de mi país siempre hablamos de ellas en términos de servicios.
