The property passes under /im Rahmen von/ but not by virtue of /kraft or gemäß/ T's Will. 2. Likewise, T has 'forgotten' a holiday home: it passes under but not by virtue of the Will as residue. 3. Life policy moneys left to T by the widow/er. fällt unter bzw. kraft dieses Testaments Explanation: "Passes under" heißt soviel wie 'eligible' und ist etwas veraltetes 'legalese'. Das wird auch bestätigt durch den weiblichen Ausdruck "Executrix". Heutzutage wird ausschließlich das neutrale "Executor" verwendet. So wollten es die US law firms für die ich früher übersetzt habe. |
